PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Natalie Harper has been teaching Pilates since 2007, bringing over 18 years of experience and two certifications to her work. With a strong foundation in contemporary, athletic-style Pilates, her approach is informed by both her background as a competitive gymnast and her personal journey with movement.Originally from the East Coast, Natalie has spent the last nine years based in Santa Barbara, working in studios and privately with clients. Her experience as a gymnast instilled a deep appreciation for mobility, strength, and precision—qualities that Pilates helped her refine and sustain, especially while recovering from minor injuries.
Natalie’s passion for teaching grew out of a desire to help others experience the same benefits Pilates brought to her life: improved performance, functional strength, and long-term resilience. Her sessions are thoughtful, challenging, and deeply rooted in helping clients move better and feel stronger.
