    With a background in mental health and a passion for mindful movement, Casey blends therapy, yoga, and Pilates to support whole-person wellness. Her journey has led to the creation of a thoughtfully designed studio space in Carpinteria that fosters community, connection, and calm. Learn more About Casey.

  • YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Andrea is an area native 500 E-RYT yoga instructor with over 25 years of experience teaching both private & group classes, leading retreats and workshops around the world. As an Ayurvedic practitioner with advanced degrees in Biological Anthropology and Ecology, she integrates her deep love for yoga with her lifelong connection to the ocean, nature and holistic health. Andrea’s teaching style welcomes everyone as she focuses on fluidity and balance through deep practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit.

    Linda Baffa has been guiding all styles of yoga to all ages for over 20 years, as well as leading dozens of immersive retreats worldwide. Her classes are a nurturing combination of challenging and playful with accessible options and a "come as you are" approach, often met with potent themes to help both shift and inspire energy. A music lover at heart, she is a former touring singer-songwriter, and her thoughtful, curated playlists will take you on a soulful journey, inviting you out of your head and into your heart.  She might also serenade you with the occasional savasana lullaby. Additionally, Linda is the co-founder of The Inspired Being, an online wellness platform that seeks to dive deeper with individuals through soul mentoring and destination retreats. More recently, she also offers in-depth psychological astrology readings after extensive mentorship with local legend, Jennifer Freed.

    After a long journey with chronic pain, Pilates helped Raman find her path towards healing and has been a constant in her life ever since. Raman completed a comprehensive Pilates certification from Pilates Sports Center while earning a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration. She deeply values the information she can share with clients, helping them connect to their bodies through mindful movement, breath work, and a focus on wellness from the inside out.

    Brittany draws from 20 years of experience in bodywork, yoga, sports and holistic movement. She is excited to join Olada as a Club Pilates certified instructor. Brittany's classes are fun, challenging and introspective, helping students connect deeply and move better. She looks forward to fostering a strong sense of community here in her hometown of Carpinteria.

    Brigid's teaching style is fun and upbeat, with an energetic approach that combines athletic, strength-focused movement with mindful alignment and proper form to create dynamic, empowering workouts. Brigid loves inspiring people to feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies, and she's passionate about creating a positive space where movement feels both challenging and enjoyable.

    Molly Mitchell-Hardt is a depth and somatic psychotherapist as well as a seasoned yoga teacher. Molly attended her first yoga training in India with Swami Santhi Prasad and later trained in Smart Flow with Annie Carpenter and Chelsea Rothert in pre/postnatal yoga. Molly's style of yoga is a strong vinyasa with an emphasis on breath and flow, always leaving room for contemplation and reflection.

    Lisa Henley is a certified yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Aerial yoga. With a passion for creating inclusive and accessible spaces, Lisa guides students through practices that foster strength, balance, and inner stillness.

    Drawing on her diverse training, Lisa’s classes blend mindful movement with intentional breathwork, offering a space for both physical challenge and deep relaxation. Whether you’re flowing through a dynamic Vinyasa sequence or finding stillness in a restorative posture, her teaching invites you to tune in, slow down, and reconnect.

    Lisa is committed to helping students cultivate a practice that supports their lifestyle both on and off the mat. She believes yoga is a lifelong journey—one that unfolds with patience, presence, and curiosity.

    Eden is a yoga sculpt instructor who brings heat, heart, and energy to every class! Growing up in Santa Barbara, she has a strong sense of community and commitment. Eden loves sculpt not only for its effective results but also because it can change your entire mood in a short amount of time!

    Sydnie is a Pilates instructor, who is passionate about her teaching and the positive impact Pilates has for her students and herself. With a background in dance and hands-on experience, she helps clients build strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness through customizable workouts. Sydnie believes that Pilates is for every body, and she’s dedicated to creating a welcoming, empowering space where students can connect with and rehabilitate their bodies to become stronger and more confident.

    Emily Littlefield is a certified Pilates instructor with a passion for helping students build strength, balance, and body awareness from the inside out. With years of teaching experience and a deep understanding of alignment and movement mechanics, she creates classes that are both challenging and supportive. Emily believes Pilates is for every body, and her teaching style blends precise cueing with encouragement to meet each student where they are. Her classes emphasize mindful movement, core connection, and functional strength that translates beyond the studio. Emily has a degree in psychology from Vassar and is a certified health coach with a passion for health and wellness. Emily brings warmth, clarity, and inspiration to every class. She’s dedicated to empowering her clients to move with confidence, ease, and joy.

    Claire Zielinski is a Santa Barbara–based yoga teacher and DJ whose classes embody power, connection and strength. With over eight years of teaching experience, Claire leads dynamic Vinyasa flows that challenge both the body and mind while inviting a deep sense of grounding and presence.

    Drawing from her background in anatomy, she builds intelligent, purposeful sequences designed to guide students safely into postures and uncover new strength and awareness. Her approach makes even those new to yoga surprised by the depth and capability of their own bodies.

    Rooted in mindfulness yet charged with energy, Claire’s teaching blends intensity with playfulness, creating an atmosphere that is both uplifting and deeply embodied. Inspired by the culture and improvisational spirit of the Grateful Dead, she infuses her classes with music that mirrors the movement — immersive, soulful, and alive.

    Jenayl is one of our yoga teachers bringing connection to the mind, body, and spirit through carefully crafted flows that leave you feeling light and flowey. She has a strong passion to create a safe space to allow your most authentic self to show up to your mat just as you are. Her love for the flow of the ocean and divine nature has deepened her connection to her practice so that we may feel connected to ourselves on and off the mat.

    Elissa is an E-RYT500 experienced yoga teacher and certified mindfulness teacher.

    She has been practicing yoga for over 30 years, and teaching a wide variety of styles,

    levels, and ages for over 15 years. As a global health practitioner, she has spent much

    of her life living overseas. She has trained with some of the most beloved yoga

    teachers around the world, and has taught across four continents. Her teaching is

    infused with these global influences, rooted in mindful awareness, and expressed in

    joyful, playful, nurturing practice. Elissa draws on nature, poetry, and the unfolding

    around us to weave powerful themes into her classes. Her intelligent and creative

    sequencing allows even beginners to access unexpected possibility in their bodies.

    Expect to sweat, connect, and be deeply nourished in her classes.

    Elissa also works privately with clients, drawing on her advanced training in yoga

    therapy to support them in developing and sustaining healing yoga and mindfulness

    home practices.

    Elissa also created a university-wide Mindful Wellbeing Initiative while serving as a

    global health professor at American University in Washington, DC, and developed a

    therapeutic yoga program for some of the most vulnerable populations in the city.
